Miral Welfare Foundation Selected as 2014-2015`s
Humanitarian Assistance Civic-Government Partnership Organization.
Miral Welfare Foundation had been selected as 2014-2015`s Humanitarian Assistance Civic-Government Partnership Organization and had an Agreement Ceremony at international Cooperation Room, ODA Education Institute of KOICA on 3 December. This is Partnership Project promotes Foreign Minister Office, KOICA, KCOC and 10 private-sectors in order to provide proper humanitarian assistance in the situation of disaster and promote them to get back to their daily lives.
Miral Welfare Foundation has been implementing emergency relief project at East Africa, Philippines, Malawi and Syria since year 2011. We were selected as newly joined Humanitarian Assistance Civic-Government Partnership Organization based on the previous projects. We will receive four hundred thousand dollars during two years. We will implement four kinds of projects in the area of emergency relief, early restoration, disaster relief resilience and supporting refugees.
Yuri Lee, Manager of International Cooperation Team said showing will of Humanitarian Assistance Civic-Government Partnership Program "This will be opportunity for us to strengthen Foundation`s capacity in implementing int the future. We will contribute also in strengthening professionalism in the field of disabilities who are know as vulnerable in the disaster situation."
