Miral Welfare Foundation is progressing Pag Raum Center groundbreaking

Last Thurs, October 3rd , our Foundation had got Paglaum Center groundbreaking ceremony which is Facilities for disabled, at the workplace Cebu Mactan in Philippines. Paglaum means Hope into the local dialect, Sibuano. Groundbreaking ceremony was in progress with the expectation of the role of hope to local residents as the name of the hope center. 

The ceremony began 15:30 local time and also had been generous event with those associated officials and more than 200 local residents. Jeong hyeongseok, the Foundation Permanent Representative Participated said testimony in the event.

"We expect the disabled and their families and all those who live in pain would live with the hope through the Pagraum center. Milal Welfare Foundation will continue efforts with our best working and I am with you." .

Meanwhile, disabilities and about 50 secondary teachers would live at Pagraum center, and also it is expected to be in operation for the residence and vocational rehabilitation centre for handicapped person and emotional support programs for local residents.

There is no any other facilities except the only one elementary school for disabled people of Cebu Mactan area. We expect that the opening of Pagraum centre could give a big help to people with disabilities.
